Editing &
Delivery

In the final phase we process the captured interviews and visuals, and then craft the optimal story, staying true to the creative brief while incorporating any insights discovered from the customer day. We create transcripts to begin the process of story structure. Our post team then supports the story with correct pacing, compelling visuals, music graphics including the entire process from audio mixing to final coloring. We conduct a final debrief of content to prepare it for future use across various departments and team needs, maximizing the content's impact and effectiveness.


 

We produced over a dozen customer stories from all over the country for Help Scout. We traveled as a 2-person team filming multiple customers in a single region to stay cost efficient. During this time we worked with marketing and sales to produce content that aligned with their needs.

 
 

 

We worked with the customer success and marketing team at Tomorrow.io to create their first set of customer case study and testimonial videos. The videos took place around the world in Boston, Atlanta, Brazil, and Israel. We helped manage production priorities by finding local crew for smaller impact videos while traveling on the larger use stories. The videos will next be used for social media, blog support, product videos, and on-going marketing campaigns.

 
 

 

T3 Advisors takes pride in each space they deliver for their clients and wanted to create a video series that showed off the space of their clients while showing the innovation happening in offices across the country. Over the last 10 years we’ve been working with T3 Advisors to create customer stories and highlight amazing office spaces. The footage was then used for a variety of purposes over the years including their most recent company brand story.

 
 
 

 

Panorama Education has helped districts from all over the United States create social-emotional insight into their student population. We traveled as a 2-person crew spending a few days at at each district capturing teachers, students, and activities happening on campus. We worked with the Panorama marketing team who directed the pieces and assisted with editing final deliverables. As always the footage was leveraged for assets in the future.

 
 

 

We handled production, crew, and editing services for a collection of Lawrence General patient stories for their agency Jennings Marketing and director Barri Burch. Crew consisted of DP, Camera Operator, Producer, Gaffer, Audio Tech, Makeup, and Grip.
